Do these tools actually fit my drain / vacuum / drill?
Most of our kits include fit guides on the product page showing sizes, dimensions, and compatibility notes. If a product needs a specific fit (like a vacuum hose diameter or drill chuck size), we call that out clearly before you buy. When in general, our tools are designed to work with standard U.S. household drains, vacuums, and dryer setups.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7-12 business days. Express shipping (3-7 business days) is available at checkout for a flat $5.99. Orders over $35 ship free with Standard shipping.
Do I need any special skills or tools to use these products?
No. Everything we sell is designed for homeowners and renters doing simple DIY maintenance — not professional contractors. Each product page includes a "how it works" section and simple step-by-step instructions.
Will this replace calling a plumber or professional?
Our tools are built for maintenance and upkeep — not for fixing major plumbing, electrical, or structural issues. If a product page notes a limitation (for example, our drain tools handle hair clogs but aren't a substitute for a professional snake on a deep or structural clog), we'll say so clearly on that page.
How do I clean or care for my tools after use?
Most of our brushes and tools can be rinsed with warm water and air-dried. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners unless a specific product page says otherwise. Product-specific care instructions are listed under "How it works" on each page.
